The gift card can be used as a payment method in the En-gugguu.com online store and at sales events organized by Gugguu. The gift card is valid for 12 months. The balance and validity period can be checked on the gift card or through customer service.

Gugguu clothing sizes are presented by centimeters, ie. size 116 is fit for a child who is 116 centimeters tall. We recommend choosing the size based on the child's height. If the child's height is between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size. To ensure longer wear time, the sleeves and pant legs in Gugguu clothes are a bit longer so that they can be turned to make them shorter. One inch is 2.54 centimeters.
