Delivery terms and conditions

Delivery time

We ship products every day from Monday to Friday and it normally takes 2-5 days for them to be delivered. During the busiest time it will take max 10 days. If you choose "Express handling" for an additional chargeorder will be delivered the next business day. To the EU area we deliver through air freight.

Delivery and delivery costs

Delivery costs include mailing and packaging costs. You can check the costs after choosing the payment and delivery method in the shopping cart. We deliver the packages in mail packages and maxi-letters. We will provide you a tracking number what you may use to follow your delivery. If you wish to receive your package as a “fragile” –package, the special handling fee will be added according the price list from Posti. More information on choices of packages and delivery methods can be read from (choose English).

 The delivery cost is 3.50€ for the normal packages and 7€ for the home delivery. You will see the delivery cost in your shopping cart after choosing the delivery option. Delivery costs are not returned upon returning the product. We offer free delivery for orders above 120€. If part of the order or the whole order is returned, the delivery costs will be deducted from the returned sum.

Exchange and Return Policy

The customer has the right to return or exchange the ordered products within 14 days. The right includes also items bought on sale. You can return the item within 14 days and choose another item instead. The exchange to the product with same value is free of charge but if you choose to exchange the product to the item with different price, you should place a new order. Please confirm the availability of the new product from our customer service

 The delivery for the orders above 120€ is free of charge. If only part of the order is returned and the remaining value of the order falls below 120€, delivery costs will be deducted from the returned sum.

 The right for the return is valid only for un-used products in their original packaging and in new condition. In case of return, customer do not have to pay from the dispatch but please note that we charge 3.5€ return fee from the cancelled orders.

 Fulfil the return form carefully and add the following information to the return package:

  - your name, address and phone number

  - copy of Gugguu Oy the order confirmation or delivery list

 If you wish to exchange your product into another color or size, add a message into the package explaining, which product you would like to have in return.

ATTENTION! Failure to pick up the packet, it is not the same as cancelling the order. If you do not pick up the packet during the retention time, the packet will be returned to the sender we charge 7€/packet, which correspond the actual costs in such case.

 The payment of returns takes place through Paytrail or PayPal. For bank payments, Paytrail will ask your bank account number by email, and the money will be returned to your account within a few banking days. Credit card payments will be returned directly to the card used. If products were ordered with an invoice, we use new invoice to refund the amount.

 We don’t accept returns after 14 days of delivery.

Processing the return

It may take about 2-3 weeks to process a return since the postal office requires 2-10 days to return the goods back to our warehouse.

The processing of returns is not visible in the customer’s order profile online. We do not answer questions about the returns within three weeks of return when the return is still being processed.

Problems in Delivery and Reclamations

During delivery if the product has gone missing, damaged, or the customer was delivered the wrong product, the customer should contact immediately or by mail:

We retain the right to change our delivery terms and the right to a discrepancy in the stock balance. Before ordering the customer must read the valid delivery terms. Gugguu Oy handles all customer information condidentially.
