Shipments and returns

Delivery times

We ship products every working day from Monday to Friday. Depending on the internet connections with the banks, it'll leave 1-3 days after the receipt of payment. In the EU, we deliver by air freight. If there are changes to delivery times, we'll inform about them more on in the About us- part.

Delivery method and costs

Delivery costs include shipping costs. You may check the delivery costs from your shopping cart after you've chosen the payment and delivery method. We deliver as a package and the package can be tracked with a tracking number. If you want the package to be delivered as "fragile", extra charges will be added to the delivery costs. More information on the delivery service can be read from GLS (inside Europe expect Switzerland) or Posti (outside Europe).

Delivery charges start from 3.50€. In the shopping cart you can see the precise cost. Orders above 120€ will be delivered free of charge. If part of the delivery is returned, and after return the sum of the order is below 120€, delivery costs will be deducted from the returned sum.

Return and Exchange

The customer has the right to return or exchange the ordered products within 14 days. The right includes also items bought on sale. You can return the item within 14 days and choose another item instead. The exchange to the product with same value is free of charge but if you choose to exchange the product to the item with different price, you should place a new order. Please confirm the availability of the new product from our customer service

The delivery for the orders above 120€ is free of charge. If only part of the order is returned and the remaining value of the order falls below 120€, delivery costs will be deducted from the returned sum.

The right for the return is valid only for un-used products in their original packaging and in new condition. In case of return, customer do not have to pay from the dispatch but please note that we charge 3.5€ return fee from the cancelled orders.

Fulfil the return form carefully and add the following information to the return package:

  - your name, address and phone number

  - copy of Gugguu Oy the order confirmation or delivery list

If you wish to exchange your product into another color or size, add a message into the package explaining, which product you would like to have in return.

ATTENTION! Failure to pick up the packet, it is not the same as cancelling the order. If you do not pick up the packet during the retention time, the packet will be returned to the sender we charge 7€/packet, which correspond the actual costs in such case.

 The payment of returns takes place through Paytrail or PayPal. For bank payments, Paytrail will ask your bank account number by email, and the money will be returned to your account within a few banking days. Credit card payments will be returned directly to the card used. If products were ordered with an invoice, we use new invoice to refund the amount.

We don’t accept returns after 14 days of delivery. When the return has been accepted and handled, money will be refunded by using the payment method used in order.


Problems in delivery or faulty products

If a product has disappeared or been damaged during delivery, or else the customer received the wrong product, please inform us asap to 

Notification of a faulty delivery or a damaged products must be made within 14 days of receival of product. If the package is damaged during transport, a reclamation must be made asap to Posti/ GLS.


We keep the right to change our terms of delivery and the rights to a mistake inventory numbers. Customer must before ordering check the valid terms of delivery. Gugguu Oy handles all customer information entirely confidentially.
